Will you be gone for the IACP conf. here this coming wkend? I was looking forward to seeing you, also introducing you to Joan Nathan who probably knows everyone you know in the culinary biosphere... But do so enjoy the Basque country and foods (!) and Espana, and please stay away from the latest rioting for Basque independence (and against it).
