Once a year the folks at SeattleDining.com (where I write a monthly column) get together with the folks at Salty's on Alki and no fewer than 22 local chefs to put on an event called Cooking With Class. Three tableside cooking demonstrations, an auction with dozens of items (to benefit the Pike Place Market Foundation) and, of course, that great view from Salty's.
